The right to withdraw from the contract
1. The Customer is entitled, without giving any reason, the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with the Seller via the Internet within 14 days from the day the Consumer takes possession of the Goods.
2. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Consumer must inform the Seller about his decision by means of an unequivocal declaration of withdrawal from the contract of sale submitted in writing or by e-mail.
3. The consumer has the option (but not the obligation) to use the model withdrawal form attached below.
4. In order to meet the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, the Consumer should send his statement to the Seller to his postal address or e-mail address before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.
5. If the Consumer sends a declaration of withdrawal from the contract by e-mail, the Seller will send the Consumer a confirmation of receipt of the declaration immediately after receiving it.
6. In the event of the Consumer withdrawing from the sales contract with the Seller, the contract is considered void.
7. In the event of the Consumer withdrawing from the contract, the Seller shall return to the Consumer all payments received from him, including the cost of delivery of the Goods, immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the Consumer.
8. The Seller will refund the payment in the same form in which the payment for the purchased goods was made. In any case, the Consumer does not incur any additional fees in connection with the reimbursement of the payment.
9. Properly secured goods, the Consumer sends or delivers immediately at his own expense to the Seller's address no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send the Goods to the Seller before its expiry.
10. The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Goods, which means that the Seller does not cover the costs of packing, securing or shipping the Goods from the Consumer to the Seller.
11. The Seller has the right to withhold the reimbursement of the payment to the Consumer until the Goods are returned.
12. The consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the returned Goods resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods, as well as its inadequate protection for the time of transport.
